WEDDING DAY COORDINATION PACKAGE
Package can include but is not limited to: wedding time line created with you, which can be printed and distributed to vendors. Attendance of the rehearsal if required. Vendor confirmations one week prior to wedding. Assistance with any preparations the day of the wedding. Seeing that vendors are paid and/or tipped according to your instructions. The removal or transfer of ceremony decor. The preparation of the wedding night hotel suite, including any check-ins to your hotel, if required. Ensuring all gifts are safely transferred to the location of your choice. Full management of the wedding ceremony and reception as required. An assistant for the day at no extra cost to you.

Q: I am getting married outside of your area. Do you charge a fee for your travels?
A: Yes. There is a fee applied for travel as we service all of the Maritime province's major cities and surrounding areas. We do ask additionally that accommodations are taken care of for weddings outside of Prince Edward Island if an overnight stay is required.
Q: How can you save me money on my budget??
A: Kiss The Bride has a network of vendors that we frequently work with or who we are simply in contact with. Often times those vendors are willing to offer a percentage off their prices for clients referred to by Kiss The Bride, enabling us to offer you savings that you would not get otherwise.
Q: Am I paying tax on the final total of my budget?
A: No. You are paying tax on our fee only.
Q: I'm not sure, will your chair covers fit my chairs??
A: Our chair cover measurements are listed under the "rental" section. If you are still unsure, please see our chair cover photo gallery, our previously used venues page or send a photo of your chair as we may be able to help.
Q: Do you have any other linens for rent like table cloths, napkins, skirting, backdrops etc?
A: We currently have only the items listed in our rentals section.
Q: Will my chair covers need to be ironed or steamed?
A: We do our best to try and have the covers wrinkle free. The chair covers will be pressed before your event.
Q: What is required to secure my booking?
A: A signed contract and a retainer fee will secure your booking and hold your date.
Q: What types of payments do you accept?
A: We currently accept cheques, money orders, paypal (some fees may apply), email money transfers and plain ol' cash.
Q: If I pick up the chair covers - when can I pick them up and when do I return them to you?
A: As of June 1st, 2009 - we no longer offer a pick up option on rentals.
Q: How long will it take you to set up my chair covers?
A: Please allow at least one hour per 100 chair covers rented.
Q: If I rent chair covers, how long do I have them for?
A: The rental period is typically the day before the event until the day after the event. Additional time can be purchased.

Available Positions:
Assistant Coordinator
Job Description:
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing professional assistance to our coordinators. Duties can include: assisting with ceremony and reception preparation, adhering to client timeline, assistance with wedding day vendor management.
This is a part-time position, on a per wedding basis for the duration of the 2010 wedding season. Future employment for upcoming seasons is possible.
Payment is a flat rate, per wedding.
There is a possibility of advancement with this position.
Hours:
Must be available to work on weekends.
Additionally must be able to dedicate time throughout the week as required.
Qualifications:
Experience and certification with WPIC is an asset.
Must have high school diploma.
Biligualism an asset.
Skills:
Applicant must possess the following traits: creativity, organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure, exceptional communication skills, punctuality and enthusiasm. Applicant must have their own vehicle.
